We offer different kinds of care across eight residential homes here in the UK, ranging from full nursing care to assisted living apartments. We now have applicants working in various roles in each of our homes, some of which are detailed below.
Kitchen Assistant
Cleaning and sanitising food preparation areas, washing cooking appliances, utensils and dishes and assisting the cook with the preparation of meals.
Laundry Assistant
Washing, drying and ironing residents’ clothing and bedding.
Housekeeper
Cleaning and tidying residents’ rooms and communal areas, maintaining a good group living environment and supporting the mealtime experience.
Cook
Creating nutritious and varied meals, providing special diets for various medical conditions, ordering foods and provision and creating a homely mealtime experience.
Well-Being Worker
Supporting residents with their spiritual, emotional and physical needs and creating innovative activities for residents to participate in to encourage socialisation, relaxation and recreation.
Essential Maintenance Worker
Completing minor repair work and routine maintenance checks, maintaining outdoor areas and responding to emergency maintenance situations.
Administrator
Supporting with petty cash and residents’ monies, checking purchasing orders and invoicing, sourcing essential supplies, managing rota requirements, collating hours in preparation for payroll.
Care Worker
Assisting residents with personal hygiene, maintaining infection control standards, performing light housekeeping tasks and supporting, monitoring and reporting on residents’ physical and emotional well-being. Applicants will need past or associated experience for this role.
Hairdresser
Washing, drying, cutting and perming residents’ hair.
